These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Client") and Aspire Pinnacle Ltd (Company No: 14332860), trading as AspireVita.
1. License & IP
We grant you a limited license to use our AI voice agents. For Hybrid/Enterprise deployments, you strictly may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract prompt logic or model weights from the provided software containers.
2. AI Performance Disclaimer
AI is probabilistic. Aspire Pinnacle Ltd does not guarantee 100% accuracy of voice agent responses. The Client accepts the risk of occasional "hallucinations" or inaccuracies.
3. Compliance
The Client is the "Initiator" of all calls. You are responsible for complying with TCPA, PECR, and GDPR regarding customer consent and "Do Not Call" lists.
4. Liability
Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Governing Law: The laws of England and Wales.
