A minute is counted from when the call connects to when it ends. If a call lasts 3m 20s, that's rounded up to 4m.
What if I run out of minutes?
You're never cut off. We notify you at 80% usage, and overages are billed at the standard rates listed above.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, onboarding, and configuration are included in every plan at no extra cost.
Can I upgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing quarter.
Do unused minutes roll over?
