1. Applicability & Deployment Models

We offer two distinct deployment models to ensure your security needs are met:

Standard Cloud (SaaS)

For clients using our managed infrastructure. Data is stored on our secure UK/EU servers.

Enterprise Hybrid

For clients using Self-Hosted deployment. Data never rests on our servers.

2. Data Processing

Depending on your model, we process account data and voice transcripts. For SaaS users, we retain logs for 30 days. For Enterprise users, we act solely as a technical service provider with zero data retention on our side.

3. AI Sub-Processors

We use enterprise-grade AI providers (OpenAI, Deepgram) under strict non-training agreements. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
